By using our courier service, you agree to abide by all terms outlined herein. These terms are subject to change without notice.

2. Pick-up and Delivery

We strive to pick up and deliver parcels within the estimated timeframes. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Restricted Items

We do not accept delivery of hazardous materials, illegal goods, live animals, or perishable items without prior agreement. Sending such items may result in penalties or legal action.

4. Packaging Responsibility

It is the sender's responsibility to ensure that all items are properly packed and labeled. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging.

5. Liability and Claims

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value or standard liability coverage, unless additional insurance has been purchased. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

6. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed. Overdue invoices may result in suspension of service.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled less than 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up may incur a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after dispatch.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or government restrictions.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved amicably where possible. If not, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in our operating region.
